The mission of Linton Middle School is to empower our students and community to achieve a positive and all-inclusive educational experience in a welcoming and safe environment. The Penn Hills Innovation Institute has announced its 2025-2026 Fellowship Cohort and Ambassadors, a dynamic group of educators, community leaders, and students selected through a competitive process. These individuals will collaborate to develop innovative projects to enhance education and create a lasting impact within the district. The Institute emphasizes mentorship, leadership development, and hands-on experience as key program components. With support from district leadership and local partners, these initiatives will empower participants to bring transformative ideas to life, driving positive change in classrooms and throughout the Penn Hills community.
Linton Middle School's spring dance, Our Night to Shine, will be held on Saturday, May 17, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the cafeteria, with $5 tickets on sale during lunches from May 12 through May 14.
Penn Hills School District will celebrate the one-year anniversary of exiting financial recovery on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, highlighting a year of significant progress in financial stability, academic achievement, facility improvements, and student support.
A special public voting meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Senator Jay Costa Media Center.
