Penn Hills School District celebrates increased building scores across all schools for the 2023-2024 school year, reflecting its commitment to continuous improvement through data-driven strategies, new academic programs, and collaborative efforts.
This summer's extended school year (ESY) program in the Penn Hills School District took on an exciting new change by incorporating an Olympic theme to make the program more engaging for students. Traditionally, the ESY program runs Monday through Thursday for four weeks, but this year Fridays were included to accommodate themed activities.
We are excited to share insights from a compelling presentation delivered by our dedicated Penn Hills School District Principals - Tricia Mayo, Sandy Barker, and Kristin Brown. The presentation focused on the critical topic of school data, shedding light on various aspects that are essential for the continuous improvement and success of our educational environment.
As we hit the 45-day milestone of the school year on October 25, 2023, it's not just a day on the calendar; it represents the culmination of the first marking period.
